AirTech Solution has been established in February 2009 as the answer to the interest and needs of aviation environment resulting from changes of regulations and requirements concerning civil aviation.

It is also the reaction to changes in the Polish market of aircraft maintenance.

In October 2009 AirTech Solution was granted maintenance organization approval, which certifies the compliance with the standards and procedures set in Part-145, and started succesfully its operation.

Currently AirTech Solution provides line maintenance services for all Airbus A-320 airplanes registered in Polish Register of Cilivil Aircraft. We operate at approved maintenance bases at Chopin airport in Warsaw, which is the main base as well as at Katowice and Gdańsk airports.

In June 2013, meeting expectations of its customers, AirTech Solution introduced to the market workshop services of wheels and brakes maintenance, and aircraft emergency equipment.

Employees are the most valuable capital and asset of AirTech Solution. They are originators and creators of the project having expertise, qualifications and experience confirmed by achievements in domestic and foreign maintenance organizations in different areas:

• management of aviation organisations,
• certification of maintenance organisations, air operators and continuous airworthiness management organisation,
• planning and preparing of aircraft maintenance,
• evelopment and improvement of quality systems of aviation organisations and training quality personnel,
• assessment of qualifications of technical and certifying staff,
• training for technical staff,
• creation and execution of aviation company development strategies,
• cooperation with numerous air carriers from Poland end Europe,
• cooperation with civil aviation authorities and EASA.
